I reached out to the company becuase my cable seemed defective after 5 months; it would cause my screen to flicker or cut off the display intermittently. I wrote the company that I had since purchased a new cable which did not have these problems and inquired about their refund policy. I was contacted by PC Microstore and after upon providing them with this information and my Amazon order number, I was promptly refunded the cost of the cable to my Amazon account. Based on this, I would not hesitate to buy a GearIT item as they will work to ensure customer satisfaction.
