I read many of the reviews and almost got discouraged but I compared across many other options from other's... From a buyer with an open mind, a slightly older model and lightly used. Is just fine for me, Screen is unflawed, response time in data read & write good enough. I'm just a basic user: pay bills, web suffer, prime & youtube watcher with some FaceTime with my child. This beginning is excellent ?!!! It was dead on arrival but charged in no time too 100% with little ease and updated to new OS over my Hotspot with no issues... Cord was included with charging brick and all seem to be working just fine, I did check brick continuously while it was charging to make certain things weren't getting excessively hot. Other spectators might be bothered by scratch and scrapes but the system I was sent is just fine by my standards & "I'm HAPPY ?" ☆☆☆☆☆
