If I had known that the complete keyboard did not come with the conductive film under the keys, I would not have purchased. When you tear the whole laptop apart, you basically have the top case, keyboard, film (what I call it), and touch pad. you can buy the complete metal top case with keyboard from Apple for $317. They don't list the film part. its the part that you have to peel away to replace the keyboard. I am holding in the picture.
